Photoshoot Terms & Conditions

• Full privacy of your photoshoot will be guaranteed unless the model and photographer agree to publish media online through a signed contract
• All photos for selection by the model will be delivered via a secured digital transfer in low resolution with a watermark
• All retouched photos will be delivered via a secured digital transfer in high resolution without watermark
• All prices include VAT and travel costs in Belgium
• The date and location for the photoshoot will be agreed and communicated at least 2 weeks before the photoshoot
• The rights of the photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Dirk Christiaens, the photographer
• The above packages can be bought via my webshop and require full payment before the photoshoot
• Photoshoot cancellations will not be reimbursed. All payments are final
• Additional retouched photos chosen by the model/agency outside the package will be invoiced additionally
• A professional printed photo book can be offered at an additional price
