• 15 retouched photos of your preference

Photoshoot Terms & Conditions

• Complete confidentiality of your photoshoot is assured unless both the model and photographer consent to publishing media online via a signed contract
• All photos available for selection by the model will be delivered via a secure digital transfer in low resolution, accompanied by a watermark
• All retouched photos will be delivered via a secure digital transfer in high resolution, free of any watermarks
• All prices are inclusive of VAT and cover travel costs within Belgium
• The date and location for the photoshoot will be mutually agreed upon and communicated at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session
• The intellectual property rights of the photos and videos remain with Dirk Christiaens, the photographer
• The aforementioned packages are available for purchase through my webshop and require full payment before the scheduled photoshoot. An invoice will be provided for your records
• Cancellations of photoshoots will not be reimbursed; however, rescheduling to a later date is possible if notified at least two weeks in advance. Please note that all payments are final
• Any additional retouched photos selected by the model/agency beyond the package offerings will be invoiced separately at a rate of 30 euros per photo
• A professionally printed photo book is available for order at an additional cost
